When Kim Jones and the LVMH team came to Cape Town to shoot their fall menswear campaign we were asked to make the experience memorable for both the internal team and the location and international media that had been flown in. In order to do this we curated 3 experiences and managed all their logistics, travel, hotels and safety. Form airport to airport we made sure each international guest was cared for personally. To make the experience fun and enjoyable we hosted their first event as a BBQ with Jaques Erasmus at a privet residence in Camps Bay. A relaxed, paid back affair to allow them to engage, chat and feel at home in the beautiful city of Cape Town. The second part was a tour of all the top spaces and places in the city. From wine tours, to walking tours to curated lunches and shopping sprees, we did it all. To close the experience we hosted Kim Jones and guests from around the world to a dinner at the home of Karen Roos, Owner and curator of Babylonstoren, at her private home. Long terrace tables, mixologist, Panstula dancers and food by Jaques Erasmus were just a small part of the wonderful evening. It was sad to say goody to such a fantastic team form LVMH.
